Things to See and Do this weekend!... and leading up to it...


Why not catch a Raiders game on home ice! If you drop into the Prince Albert Tourism office, we may have a free pass for one of the games! What a great way to spend the evening, and, enjoy some delicious rink food too!! Wednesday, March 1 at 7:00 p.m. vs Medicine Hat Tigers Friday, March 3 at 7:00 p.m. vs Lethbridge Hurricanes Saturday, March 4 at 7:00 p.m. vs. Kootenay Ice


Then there is the opportunity to learn Pow Wow Dancing at the Prince Albert Arts Centre on Thursdays, March 2, 16, 30, 2017, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Registration is required. Call 306-953-4811, visit the centre, or register on-line at www.citypa.ca.

At the J.M. Cuelenaere Public Library there are free movies!!

Manchester by the Sea (137 min., 14A), Wednesday, March 1, 6:30 p.m.

Les Innocentes (112 min., 14A), Thursday, March 2, 6:00 p.m.

Don't forget that the Historical Museum is open Thursdays in March from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. (10 River Street).


And, this will be the first Friday of the month....that means it is perogy time!! It's the All-you-can-eat Perogy Supper at the Ukrainian Orthodox Church Auditorium (684 3rd Avenue East) from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. $13. Takeout is always available.

Local pianist, Mike Langlois will be gracing the stage at the E.A. Rawlinson Centre this Friday at 7:30 p.m. $20. And, Saturday, for the children, Bubble Guppies Live will be on stage at 1:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday, March 4-5, if you tune into CTV, you can catch this year's annual Telemiracle, live from TCU Place in Saskatoon.
